Personal Geographies

Readers will embark on a grand journey toward self-discovery while learning the techniques and creating the projects found in "Personal Geographies." The book is split into three sections: ?Mapping the Self, ? ?Mapping Your Experiences? and ?Projections, Projects and Possibilities.? Readers will be inspired by this new approach to mixed-media as they map their heads, hands and hearts, their dreams and memories, and their personal stories. The maps, in both 2-D and 3-D forms, offer a wide variety of unique techniques, from painting on black to carving copper.
